Okay, if you have the NOLO Start-up or Small Business...don't bother

I'll start off by saying I love NOLO, I own a good 15+ books on all types of topics. I got hooked about 7 years ago at the old Stacy's bookstore in San Francisco, they had a whole NOLO section (NOLO is a Berkley Company) and they are fabulous. As a woman and a small business owner I was curious about the insights this would offer.
I own the Small Business and Legal Forms for Starting and Running a Small Business--this book, while written by women and definitely has a more female-focus, added little to the other Small Business books.
Pros
Clean, clear and concise
If you are new to the business environment or have been out for awhile, fabulous information
If you are transitioning into a working mom, some great suggestions
Good advertising ideas
Explains the tax code in-depth and things to help set yourself up, if you have no idea, great explanation
Cons
If you understand a bit about small businesses, this isn't detailed enough
Forums, while fun to read are more ancedotal than informative
If you're looking for some women's small business organizations, look elsewhere
Definitely geared to more retail businesses
I guess I was looking for some more meat and less bones, so this was a bit disappointing. Ff you know little about running a small business/wanting to get back into a career, very helpful.
